Introducing Feel Better Later

We all need to clean up and refocus from time to time.

It’s been a while since I updated the Slumber Camp blog. Do I feel bad? Maybe a little. 

Blogging about insomnia alone can get a little stale. So I’ve decided to expand my efforts to focus on broader mental health topics. I’ve created a new blog at The focus is on helping people like you and me make small changes to dramatically improve our lives. It’s a new effort, and I’m not totally sure where it will go. But I’d love to have you join me.
